General information:
University of Bialystok was founded in 1997 as a result of the conversion of the existing 29 branch of the University of Warsaw. The level and scientific potential contributed to the fact that today it is one of the largest and most dynamic universities in north-eastern Poland.
The University consists of nine faculties, including overseas in Vilnius. Classes and lectures are about 850 teachers. Currently, the University is educated almost 14,500 students at nearly 30 offices. Postgraduate open at seven faculties: Law, Economics and Management, Philology, History and Sociology and Biology and Chemistry. Actively deystvuyuet more than 70 research groups and student organizations, in particular the ELSA (European Law Students' Association), AIESEC (Association Internationale des Etudiants en Sciences Economiques et Commerciales), Student Forum BCC (Business Center Club). You can join the choir, as well as various sports clubs.

Part-time Education:
Part-time Education for most specialties available only in Polish. Correspondence students learn to 2 times a month on Saturdays and Sundays. Part-time training does not differ from stationary. The disadvantage of distance learning is that graduates need to get a work permit in Poland after graduation.
